Prosestim was founded in 2005 by chemical engineer Doğan Gürbüz with a vision of meeting the filtration needs of industrial plants through engineering discipline. Rather than operating as a distributor that depends on outside suppliers, we are a fully integrated filtration manufacturer that handles every step in-house, from design to shipment.
At our modern production facility in Yalova, we combine engineering know-how with high-capacity manufacturing. We design filtration equipment, which plays a critical role in complex process flow diagrams (PFDs), as a core process component that lowers operating costs and improves system safety.

The Prosestim production line fully complies with the ISO 9001:2015 (TÜRKAK-accredited) quality management system and the MS 1500:2019 Halal Standard. Our processes are backed by IAF-accredited test protocols, a CE Declaration of Conformity, GOST-R, a Domestic Product Certificate, TÜRKPATENT trademark registration and TOBB GS1 Global Standards registration.
We hold a Medical Device Sales Authorization Certificate. The filters we manufacture carry international barcodes, are registered with and approved by the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices National Databank and the newly established ÜTS (Product Tracking System), are CE marked and are approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye. Every product passes hydrostatic 100% pressure resistance and leak tests before it leaves the factory. Our quality approach rests on a documented control protocol that runs from chemical analysis of raw materials to final packaging, follows Water Quality Association (WQA) and Ministry of Health-approved standards in line with our KalDer membership, and provides full backward traceability.
The brands that carry our engineering expertise are registered in the name of Prosestim with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TÜRKPATENT). Each one is the legal safeguard of our original design and manufacturing work.
