Industry · Industrial Oil
From lubricant production to hydraulic oil recovery, from cutting oil management to moisture removal: filtration engineering that extends oil life and lowers operating costs.

Longer cutting fluid life
ISO 4406
Target cleanliness class for hydraulic oil
Off-line
Oil cleaning while the system runs
Critical points
Particles, moisture and tramp oil reduce oil performance, wear equipment and shorten its life. The right filtration breaks this chain at the source.
Particles and gels formed during blending disrupt viscosity stability. Staged filtration removes coarse particles with pre-filters and fine impurities with cartridge filters. Polishing filtration before filling ensures the product’s ISO cleanliness class.
Solution: Staged filtration and polishing before filling
Off-line filtration units remove moisture, particles and varnish by-products while the system is running. Oil kept at its ISO 4406 target class extends valve and pump life and prevents unplanned downtime.
Solution: Off-line filtration units
Coalescer filters separate tramp oil, while magnetic separators and bag filters remove chips and metal particles. When these two steps are applied together, cutting fluid life is extended three- to fourfold.
Solution: Two-step separation with coalescer and bag filters
Water in hydraulic oil causes valve corrosion and tribological degradation. Coalescer filters separate free water; in critical applications, vacuum dehydration also removes dissolved water.

01 · Coarse particles
Particles and gels formed during blending disrupt viscosity stability; coarse particles are separated with pre-filters.
02 · Cartridge
Fine impurities are removed with cartridge filters, bringing the product closer to its ISO cleanliness class.
03 · ISO class
Polishing filtration before filling ensures the product’s ISO cleanliness class.
04 · Off-line
Off-line filtration units remove moisture, particles and varnish by-products while the system is running.
05 · Coalescer
Coalescer filters separate free water and tramp oil; in critical applications, vacuum dehydration also removes dissolved water.
This stage is your existing equipment. Let’s design the earlier stages together; our engineers will recommend the right filter.
